Mahabharata "kUTa " verses

Namaste,              As the legend goes, Gansha agreed to work as a scribe for Vyasa when writing Mahabharata, on condition that he will not pause even for a moment. Vyasa agreed with a counter-condition that Ganesha would not write anything which he did not understand! To which, Ganesha agreed.             Vyasa is supposed to have composed over 3,000 verses during the dictation of the 100,000 verses which would make Ganesha pause to think and the pause gave Vyasa some time to compose the additions.             Is someone aware of any collection of these "kUTa" verses (puzzling questions) in Mahabharata?     Regards,   sunder

nadI jalam keshava nAri kEtuH  nagAhvayO nAma nagArisUnuH |

I can't recollect the third pAda. The fourth is jitvAvayam nEshyati gosahasraM ||

अट्टशूला जनपदाः शिवशूलाश्चतुष्पथाः।

केशशूलाः  स्त्रियॊ राजन भविष्यन्ति युगक्षये 

The Mahabharata : Book 3: Chapter 186.37

I don't think anybody have collected such shloka-s separately. In fact, they are not riddles or समस्या-s in their proper status, but only difficult to grasp their meaning. In the above verse, one cannot understand anything from the above verse without the commentary:

अट्टमन्नं शिवो वेदः शूलो विक्रय उच्यते।
केशो भगः प्रोक्तः' इति कोशः 

citing the lexicon for the words. All the verses in the Yaksha Prashna, deserve elaborate commentary, without which the idea is not graspable at all. There are many others at random met in Mahabharata text. Only Nilakantha-s commentary was available.

I had heard a kūṭaśloka  which starts with the words अट्टशूला जनपदाः शिवशूलाश्चतुष्पथाः
अट्टं= अन्नम्  । शूलं=विक्रयः। I do not know the meaning of second quarter.

अट्टशूलं may mean hotel. Samskrta daily Sudharma uses the word in the same sense.
