Here Sri Acharya gives a vivid explanation of the sutras in english. There are 433 videos. He generally refers to Kashika Vritti. 

This paired with Ashtadhyayi App is an excellent resource. Commentary by Kashika amd Vasu are available in this App which is available for Windows and Android.

I first Copy Pasted Sri S C Vasu's commentary on to a Word file and then incorporated Sri Acharya's explantion on to the same word file.
