It might all have been shifted to archive.org.  the Sanskrit documents site list is when it was hosted at asi site. 

So search for the title in archive.org.

There is a problem with the links. They do not work for me. Is this limited to certain geographies?

The links are not working for anyone is true.  This is an old link, when it was in the Digital library of India site; which has now been transferred to I think to archive.org; so one can search the book name in archive.org and one may get it.

I tried at random brahma sutra, concept of maya , rig veda etc
