Can I depoly a Window App using saltstack?

I wanna deploy-system manage with salt-stack.

can i use salt-stack about depoly Windows Application. (MFC, C# program. it have a dll or config.)

I try to find reference about depoly windows system, 

but I check only 'Windows Package'

Anyone have a experience with saltstack??

I think saltstack is only for 'manage server application'.

we can't manage client(agent) application.

I try windows Package, But if application started, these install process is stopped.

and these method have to make package.

give me any information or tips. T_T

Yes, Salt can deploy client applications, particularly if they would be visible in "Programs/Apps & Features" in "Control Panel"/"Settings".

It can also manage individual files if needed.

I can't offer many tips without more detail.
