 On my MacBookPro with Intel Core i5, OS 13.2.1 with homebrew, it compiled from the first buit.

 Make ptestlong gives me

On Debian testing running on core i7 + 16 GB RAM, upgrading 10.0.beta4 to 10.0.beta5 and running ptestlong gives 4 permanent failures :
