Hello!
With a follow up to my introduction post, I wanted to know if it is a prerequisite to have fixed a minimum number of issues, that has to be mentioned in the proposal, before the submission deadline. I have started reading and would be submitting the initial draft soon. I shall start working on fixing the issues first if it is a prerequisite for the proposal.
Is it, in any way, possible that I could get in touch with the mentor or anyone who would be co-mentoring the proposed project before I start working on the proposal?
