Introduction and Interest in Contributing to SageMath

hello  SageMath Community!

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Palak Jain, and I am a second-year undergraduate student pursuing my Bachelor of Technology at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT). I am highly interested in open-source development and would like to start contributing to SageMath.

I have a  decent background in Python, mathematics , and I am eager to learn and contribute meaningfully to the project. I have gone through the SageMath repository and documentation .I would appreciate any advice on best practices for contributing to SageMath.
