Have you build Sage from scratch?Or it's a binary install?(in the latter case, installing external packages is far from perfect, and would likely be a bug we need to fix)

So I was trying to install database_kohel onto my Ubuntu 18.04 (64 bit) as a subsytem of windows 10.
At the end, it says something like "ImportError: No module named uncompress.cmdline."
My Sage version is 9.0 using Python 3.7.3. The attachments are my config log and installation log.
