Build failed because of package r-3.6.2

Hello,

I recently tried building sagemath, but it failed and my logfile told me to write an email to you. I've attached the output of make and the logfile of the failing package.

All I did was running git clone git://trac.sagemath.org/sage.git and make.

Sagemath version: commit 31cb54b77951c888af513734ca36ac045fa9ca86

OS: Arch Linux

This looks like https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/29170 "Fix R installation errors related to gfortran", which needs work.

Sage now can use R package from the system. You can install it, and avoid this issue.
