Building 10.7 on openSUSE 15.6 fails

Attempted to build from source. Looks like ./config fails to detect absence of 'patch'.

Manually installing GNU patch from system repos allows make to proceed. Will check for success in a few hours.

we'll add a check, thanks for pointing this out.
By the way, you might want to install more system packages, as
recommended at the end of the configure run.
E.g. gmp-devel, openblas-devel, etc
