Multiple warnings in sagemath on default fedora 37

On default install of fedora 37 in a VM sagemath gives
warnings, one of which is on start and on executing scripts:

Looks like the package maintainer didn't start it recently.

Is there workaround?

Session:

$ sage

I get this one with Sage 9.8.beta7 built from source on Ubuntu. So it is not a Fedora packaging issue.
