jmol directory permissions

Hello,

I believe jmol directory permissions are screwed up, sage/local/share/jmol is 0700 making it unusable by other users.

Looking at the install scripts it is not obvious to me why does this happen, so I would appreciate if someone more knowledgeable fixed it ;-)
