Trying to get a trac account

Hello, I've been trying to get a trac account. I've sent an e-mail to sage-tra...@googlegroups.com a few days ago without a reply. I've tried IRC, but it's been a couple of days and there hasn't been any activity there. Since the development branch is quite active by the minute I figured perhaps I can try this list in case my e-mail got lost for some reason.

Hello, my name is Reimundo Heluani, I am an associate professor of mathematics
at IMPA, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I've implemented vertex algebras on SAGE,
it's still a long way from being a pull request but it has grown into a large
patch with a couple of subbranches. I will soon post a paper that has used
this software and I would want to cite it, that's why I am requesting a trac
account to open the ticket and share my code so that people can start taking a
look even if it's on a very preliminary status.

I would rather use trac than Github and this is just a matter of taste (BSD
licence vs a Microsoft company). If granted I'd prefer to have 'heluani' as my
username and hel...@potuz.net as my e-mail address.
