Add an external package to wiki

Hi,

I would like to add a package

https://github.com/smzg/msinvar

to the list of external packages at

https://wiki.sagemath.org/SageMathExternalPackages

The page says "Feel free to add more packages", but I don't think I can edit the wiki site with a GitHub login. I would like to add the lines:

msinvar (https://github.com/smzg/msinvar)
