Landscaping issue #1

Four months ago, in mid-March, we were offered the choice to have Crabapple meet with interested homeowners for remediation advice for side yards that were bare, and grass wasn't growing well (see attached). 

 

We responded that we'd like to meet with Crabapple, and provided our phone number as instructed by David.  On April 13, we received an email from Marshall Moore with Crabapple, stating he was meeting with homeowners that very week.  We replied that we could not meet with him, as we were out of town.  We outlined the issue on the south side of our house, and requested him to email us with his advice.  

 

We have not heard from Crabapple since then.  What is your recommendation?
