trouble aploading the s4A Firmaware 16

Hi everyone! I have trouble aploading my s4A Firmaware 16 on my uno.

I just downloaded and run the firmware while installed the s4A.

I get the following (some i n greek but still get the message)

Hi,

make sure that you choose the right board and port in the Arduino IDE. 

Maybe this already solves the problem.

No that's not the probleme i had them alla checked!

A bit late, but maybe the problem is in the path where the file is, specifically at the name of your user (Ελένη). Did you try to move it to another location?
