[s3ql] [ANNOUNCE] S3QL 3.2 has been released

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce a new release of S3QL, version XXX.

From the changelog:

2019-07-17, S3QL 3.2

* Added a `--compress` option to `fsck.s3ql`.

* Minor improvements/fixes to `contrib/benchmark.py`.

* Added support for INTELLIGENT_TIERING storage class to the S3
backend.
