March Team racing and Upcoming Calendar

It's a busy start to the Spring Sailing Season for the Santana Fleet with possible racing 7 out of the next 10 weeks.  There will be no team racing in April or May as we will yield to the DH Fiasco and a ILCA/505 dinghy event.

Is there still enough interest in Team racing next Saturday given this packed schedule?

Let's get a count and get boats signed up quickly so we can allow everyone to plan, and try to make the call by Wednesday or so.

Thanks for the recap Chris! To add one more: on Sunday 3/22, there is the Race Committee practice and starting clinic.SCYC is in desperate need of Race Committee volunteers--please consider taking this free training if you might be interested in helping out. Or take part in the starting clinic--it is open to the Santana 22 fleet (I'll send an email about that in case it didn't get to everyone).

FYI, I'm not going to make it to Team racing next week. But I'm excited about the DH Buoy Fiasco in April!

We are going to call off Team Racing for Mar 14 due to not getting 4 boats, and in hopes of getting more participation in other of the upcoming events.
