I would add an important safety note. Last evening, we had a situation where pilots were using various radio frequencies. In the case of an emergency or a tree landing, this could prove to be dangerous. Additionally, there is an interference issue that happens when Oudie Naviter varios are in proximity to radios using 151.925.
For safety sake, THE DESIGNATED RADIO FREQUENCY IS 158.400. IT IS THE RADIO FREQUENCY THAT THE APPLEGATE FIRE DEPARTMENT MONITORS ON OUR BEHALF.
Please keep your transmissions short. No instruction to be done on 158.400.
