Hi Runners,

This Saturday, March 15th, we will start our long run at 6:30 a.m. to run a variation of the SECOND HALF of the old 5 Points Marathon route. We start in front of the Performing Arts Center at UF and run over the 13th Street pedestrian bridge, go straight to Depot Park, we can get drink there, then to Boulware Springs which now does not have drink, so out Hawthorne trail to the water fountain there, then turn and come back to check for unicorns, again stopping at Depot park for drink. It's 11 or 12 miles, so turn around if you want to shorten.

Breakfast Club - we will text when finish so anyone can join!

Races: Spud Run in Hastings, April 26th! 5K, 10K, or both! Remember cabbage and potatoes when you finish and a Cabbage, Potato and Bacon Festival in Hastings! We have a good group already signed up and we are bringing breakfast foods to share to celebrate. Register now! Also considering the following weekend is the Fernandina Beach Shrimp Festival 5k, Saturday, May 3rd, the festival is great and so was last year's tie-dyed T shirt!

It's usually in the parking lot closer to Hull Road rather than close to the Phillips Center. If you turn in to campus from 34th Street, you go up the hill and turn right into the parking lot then folks are usually on the left. Just ask the people dressed like runners if it's Diane's group because sometimes the Galloway group starts there and maybe some UF campus runners too.
