Got it configured seamlessly in service now , but stuck in OTRS

I am not sure about this question. Is it a question about OTRS calling a CLI or REST API?

Hi Rohan,

Try a Generic Agent on OTRS and execute a bash command curl with url to execute a job.
Of course you need to generate a token for bash command authentication.

Hi Rohan,

I'm not too familiar with OTRS but do you need to make an API call against via a step in a Rundeck job? If so, there is an http-step you might consider. https://github.com/rundeck-plugins/http-step
