This is a note for people who struggle with plantar fasciitis (PF) or similar heel pain. I recommend recording the Classical Stretch workout on the TV that _should_ air on Wednesday (4/15) at 8am on UEN, which is over the air channel 9-1 and I don't know what channel on cable. I had a bout of heel pain in 2018 and happened to have this workout recorded so I used it regularly for a few weeks to resolve it. People are different, you might not like it, might not feel it helps you as much as something else, blah blah, but it's another arrow for the quiver anyway.
I say it "should" be on Wednesday because I don't know, but I've been tracking the schedule and if the pattern holds then that will be right. And yes some of the movements can make you feel stupid and self-conscious especially at first, like a white guy at a Zumba class, or God forbid at hip-hop aerobics, but get over it no one cares. Plus if you pay close attention you can pick up on some of the instructor's rather flinty views on topics such as lawn grass, and insects.
This is the Season 12 PF relief episode. They also did a PF episode in S10 (the S10 DVD set was available at the SLC public library back when we had a public library) but for whatever reason I didn't like that one as much. I do like the whole CS series in general; I feel like they've done me a lot more good than yoga ever did.
