mostly thanks to the folks from Ruby Europe we have a special event for you focusing on Ruby and AI.

Since it's so close to our normal meetup slot on July, we won't be having a July meetup - consider it our July meetup.

Any chance of joining hybrid?
Wish I was there, but accomodation is meh.

The AI alignment is great for what we're doing with ToTravelTo.com with promoting low-carbon travel, by making it easier to plan long-distance train travel around Europe - with Generative AI. And yep. Of course it runs on Rails :) Is that Ruby On Rails, on rails?

We'd love a regular front-end orientated Rails dev onboard for a couple of hours a week, if there's a sustainability oriented, or train traveller out there. BONUS. 

The focus is on marketing and growth right now, but really want to spend more time on dev in September. Perhaps I'll do a mob for it and see who wants to attend. Accidentally made a live event translator 'mob' from malaga.rb, for Spanish to English captions, and got in the papers in Spain, with Ruby/Sinatra!! Incase anyone wondered what the guy with the red checked shirt was up to these days in Málaga.

In the wider AI space, it would be awesome to collaborate on a loveable.dev for ruby on rails. Debugging React now, and would love some developer happyness of rails. Anyone got something in progress?

Excuse the verbose and chatty reply, it feels like Ruby died in Berlin, but I am very excited to see it back. Happy to share on LinkedIn also.Go Go goo. Hope it inspires some excited posts on ruby and ai in the very near future. Looking forward to reading more on the list :)

Hi Chiara,

I'm sorry and sad that this happened. I couldn't make it yesterday and otherwise would have intervened, as it clearly doesn't meet our community standards. I'll talk to the main organizer.

The event also wasn't "outsourced" - it was an event in collaboration with Ruby Europe - they wanted to do an event in Berlin and were looking for our support (which as a Ruby community I think we should). It was also helpful to me as around the time of a July RUG::B I'll be at a funeral - so safe to say my head is elsewhere.

As I know the main orgas from other events I falsely assumed we were aligned on standards on inclusivity, that's on me.
