trouble installing ruby on rails

Im really new to coding and i am having trouble getting into the application. I downloaded ruby for windows 2.1 and did all the installation instructions. then i made an account for ruby as it told me to do in the command prompt but now it says your public ssh key has automatically been detected.... so what do i do now??
