Rails with Foundation

When I start using Rails with foundation. I followed the github starting page.

However, when I put the codes from Foundation official website page, it will show different things.

The top bar will not show as suppose. It will be four line with dots.

Are you talking about Zurb Foundation? If so, did you install Foundation via the gem?
