Looking for a junior RoR guy (at least a year of verifiable real-world rails experience) with UI skills, a web apps lover, for a highly scalable London-based start-up - networking platform revolutionising Journalism & PR industry. It is subscription based freemium platform with proven business model. 
Project on a volunteer non paying basis (volunteering only for about 2 months time, following opportunity for an employment) + benefits: early employee stock scheme. You will be mentored and guided by senior RoR developer with 5+ years experience. V.1 of the project is nearly finished so you would be jumping in the most exciting phase of a startup - prelaunch/launch.
