I'm running a quick survey to learn about what makes Ruby on Rails developers like YOU happy and what motivates YOU when choosing a new company/project/team. I would love to have as much participation as possible.

Looking at your survey: what means "1" and "5" ??

"1" = strongly agree o r "5" strongly agree ?

"1" = Less important

"5" = More important
