Assets without fingerprint with rails 4

Hi,

Rails 4 seems to don't add asset file with original filename (eg: test.jpg), But only fingerprint version (eg: test_hash.jpg). This is not very cool for mailer. If I put an image_tag() into my mailer, then I change my image. The email sended lose the path to the image (because fingerprint change..)

Any option to re-add the original file ? Or the best pratice is to put in public this kind of assets ?
