Problem

Hey!

I am new to this.

Everything was fine while learning locally.

I just contracted a web hosting plan that has Ruby on Rails features.

I made my app, installed my gems, etc.

The problem is I can't run commands and I seriously have no idea what to do to get started.

Please help!

there's not much to go on here. I don't think anyone will be able to help unless you can make some attempt at describing your symptoms in a more precise way (for example, what commands are you trying to run? what happens when you try?)

Also helpful: what company and specific service is it?  Have you checked their documentation? What have you tried so far?
