Rails app how to scan qrcode in mobile browser

I am trying to scan the qrcode/barcodes from my rails app in mobile. Do you have any idea?

Do you mean you are trying to scan from a browser in a mobile device,
where the browser is displaying pages from a rails app on a server?

Have you made any progress with this? Have you managed to get camera access from the browser and want to pass the image back to be processed?
