Synechron is seeking a Ruby on Rails Lead Developer to be involved in building a Ruby on Rails development environment on Windows.

Role:
· Develop and build a ruby on Rails development environment on Windows
· To be involved in development of a web-based search engine used for regulating financial markets
Qualifications
· Strong and consistent experience in developing web frameworks using Ruby on Rails across multiple OS
· Adept in Full-stack development using agile methodologies and Test Drive Development
Any experience with Postgresql is preferred.
