Heroku problem

While deploying a new app on heroku i got this error

!    You've reached the limit of 5 apps for unverified accounts.

 !    Add a credit card to verify your account.

how to overcome this??

This isn't a Rails problem. It's a very straightforward Heroku error. Go to Heroku and delete some of your sample apps, or pay for an account.
