rails making app issue

 m making a shopping cart app using shoppe gem.

The error says there is a problem with setting routes but you have not
posted your routes.rb.

i have solved it. Now a new issue is

i want to change its view part Html.css  which i expect in view as .html or .css file but it was not there.

What makes you think that you should see those files? If you read
this in a tutorial or elsewhere please provide link to that section.
