Error when i try to in stall mysql

I am new new to developer on rails. i have problem when i try to use command "rails install mysql" it said like this picture.

On windows I think you need to install the DevKit(http://rubyinstaller.org/add-ons/devkit/), inside the devkit you will find instructions on how to patch your ruby installation to be able to compile native extensions.

Also make sure you have mysql server installed.
