Hello All,
Please let me know if anyone is interested in full time role of Ruby developer with our client in Boston, MA.

Principal Engineering Lead (Backend)

Boston

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead by example - implement new product features using Ruby, JavaScript, React, PostgreSQL, and Redis. 
• Build new integrations with third party APIs, and troubleshoot and maintain them. 
• Extend and maintain the Privy platform API, balancing sustainable design and architecture with feature velocity. 
• Manage, coach, and mentor direct reports. 
• Continuously improve the team and process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience managing direct reports and an exceptional track record of leadership. 
• At least 10 years professional software development experience. 
• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. 
• Deep understanding of web application architecture, object-oriented design, and computer science principles. 
• Demonstrated mastery in at least one programming language. 
• Communicate ideas clearly, and write intelligently. 
• Able to work onsite at our Boston, MA office.

PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE POSTING. You are in somebody else's house. You are expected to abide by their rules. If you cannot show us this BASIC RESPECT, you will be banned from this list and you and your company will be blacklisted within the Ruby community.

Also inviting a "reply" on a group is not appropriate as any "reply" will go to the email set in the Reply-To header and be broadcast to the entire Ruby world. Not appropriate. You should be asking for DIRECT REPLIES and DISCOURAGING GROUP REPLIES.

I find your lack of attention to these details to be very disrespectful.
