"best" based on what criteria?

So does "best" mean "cheapest"?

OK, still missing the point:

What do you mean by "good"? What *exactly* do you care about?

What do you mean by "cheapest"? Lowest bandwidth charges?
Lowest storage charges? Some ratio of the two?

And how would anyone else answer that without knowing the details
of your specific use case?

I have worked with AWS services but I am not aware of things to be considered to cloud storage. Can you please explain me important criteria for that? And also the difference between various service providers facility?

No. Again: *what is your use case*?

Stability/uptime guarantees, multi-region availability, access latency,
security (PCI? HIPAA?) - there are any number of things that might
be relevant to *your specific project*.

You decide what's important and then research cloud providers to
see who meets *your* requirements.
