Hi folks!
I'm installing rails and I have the next error:

administrator@localhost:~$ sudo gem install rails-3.2.13.gem
ERROR:  While executing gem ... (NameError)
    uninitialized constant Gem::RemoteFetcher::OpenSSL

Can you help me?
Thanks.
