I am looking for a computer programmer that can work on Ruby on Rails.  My company  has been using Ruby on Rails for the;past 5 to 7 years and we need to make some changes and upgrade to a newer version.  


We are looking for a part time person that can help.

The confidentiality agreement tied to consulting projects prevents the developer from sharing the source code with a 3rd party. However there are a lot of open source rails code that you can find on github.com, and you can volunteer for an open source project that needs help.
