Well funded startup Good & Co.is looking for senior Ruby on Rails developer to work in our Downtown Boston office. If you are an architect level developer we would also like to talk to you!

About us: 

  We are a recently acquired well funded start up. We have an app that leverages psychometric data to assess culture fit of an individual with a company, team, or other individual. This year we have an aggressive feature road map and as such we will be aggressively growing our team, so this will be an opportunity to move into a leadership position.

About you:

 We are looking for smart people who know how to get things done. Your background is less important than your ability to overcome technical adversity. We value code clarity highly and you should too, but we should not miss a ship date because you are debating the aesthetic of a do block vs a brace block. You should have considerable experience working on large projects who's architecture is not vanilla. If you have experience supporting a mobile application and or working with remote teams that is a big plus. Also we are legally required to say you must be Ninja Rockstar Wizard Guru 10xer with 35 years of RoR, C++, COBOL, and Intel x64 assembly experience.
