Puma failed to run with some errors

I'm using Rails 5 with Puma and it's giving me the following error. If I
uninstalled puma and run my app on webrick than it works fine. Any
suggestion is much appreciated.

=> Booting Puma
=> Rails 5.0.0 application starting in development on
http://localhost:3000
=> Run `rails server -h` for more startup options
