simple form collection value

Hi guys,

I have a select tag in which I need to display schedule values.
Basically I need to do something like this:
<%= form.association :schedule, collection: @schedules %>

The problem I'm having is that the select value needs to be customized.
I need it to display the value "schedule.court.name - schedule.date
schedule.start_time-schedule.end_time"

How can I customize the value of the select tag?
