Watchdog abortion occurs in linear routing algorithm in ruby(windows 10).

I am implementing linear routing algorithm in ruby. The output is written to 4 files. The log file obtained produce watchdog abortion and the complete output is not printed. The dot file produced has no output. How to rectify the mistake?
