How can i send locale specific email to a set of users together ,
including cc mail to the current user. Now, i have the below code:

mail(to: participants, cc: @current_user.email, subject:
default_i18n_subject(speech_subject: mtng.meeting_subject))do |format|
format.html
end

The above will send a mail in the default locale to all users and
current user. But , i need to send a mail in each recipient's locale.How
is it possible?

For sending a mail to a single user it is possible to get the locale by
the following:

I18n.locale = (topic.leader).language.to_s if (topic.leader)

But for sending a mail together to a set of users how is it possible?
Please help. Thanks in advance.
