problems installing ruby gem foundation

Hello there,
Iam running on Yosemite I got everything installed (Homebrew Node Ruby
version 2.2.0,rbenv)then I get to the foundation gem installation. When
I type sudo gem install foundation I get the following :

ERROR: Loading command: install (LoadError)

I have not personally had that problem but googling for

Symbol not found: _SSLv2_client_method ruby

yields a number of hits that could be useful to you,
