Running Rspec on Rake task

Is there any way to run all my tests on a rake task?

task :runtests=> :environment do
    **HERE RUN RSPEC WITH ALL TESTS AND GET THE RESULT TO A STRING**
    THEN DO SOMETHING WITH TE RESULT
end
