Hi all,
I am trying to apply ARCSI on Landsat 7 scenes which are having scanline error. After processing with ARCSI I am getting the output like a strip only (file attached). Can anyone please help me to understand the issue and possible solution.

Thank you.

Hi Parul,

What is the command you are running?

As there bits of imagery outside of the central area it looks to me like it might be cloud masking which is causing this. If you are applying a cloud mask try turning that off and see whether than resolves your issue. You could also look at the output images which are generated and look at one of those before the cloud mask was applied.

Best wishes,

Pete

Hi Peter,
Thankyou for your reply.

I have not applied the cloud mask and I am running the following command:

arcsi.py -s lsetm -p STDSREF TOPOSHADOW FOOTPRINT METADATA DOSAOTSGL -i "/media/sf_Arcsi_for_topographic_correction/Arcsi_for_topographic_correction_linux/Inputs/LE07_L1TP_147038_20040908_20200915_02_T1/LE07_L1TP_147038_20040908_20200915_02_T1_MTL.txt" --outpath "/media/sf_Arcsi_for_topographic_correction/Arcsi_for_topographic_correction_linux/Outputs" --stats --format KEA --tmpath "/media/sf_Arcsi_for_topographic_correction/Arcsi_for_topographic_correction_linux/tmp" --dem "/media/sf_Arcsi_for_topographic_correction/Landsat_DEM_proj.kea" --demnodata 32767 --interp near --interpresamp near

Please see the attached images (08/09/2004) for your reference. Which are before and after applying the correction.
Could you please tell me any other possible issue in this regard.
