CC genotypes

Hello,

Do you know if genotypes are available for any of the CC strains other than the 69 from the Srivastava et al. publication? Looks like sequence and haplotype data are available for all of the strains, but not filtered genotype data.

Is there any reason why one couldn't generate CC-strain genotypes from UNC's hap maps and the founder genotypes? There's still some residual heterozygosity in the newer strains, so that might cause a bit of a problem, although I suppose you could code those regions as missing data.
