Last year 26 people put themselves forward to contribute time and resources to rescue Ronin Institute

The responses were shared among the respondents last year *all respondents have been given access

to the response spreadsheet *and to each others email

I am now sharing the responses with this Google Group  as an attachment  with the intention to make it

transparent that many folks have been working towards restaring Ronin since the beginning of the crisis, and many have given availability to contribute time and resources and are willing to help steer the new Institute. It would be good if  some of respondents  who have put themselves forward were invited to nominate themselves as candidates for office

Good day all,

I just reviewed the responses from a year ago and noted that my name is on a list of people to contribute time and resources to rescue Ronin. 

We are a year on, and unfortunately at this time I’m not able to offer my time and resources toward Ronin’s revitalization.

I wish all of you the best in your endeavors.

No problem Kim. We at Ronin have always relied on volunteer efforts from members of our community, and it is no problem at all when our volunteering members decide to step down, as we all are aware of the vicissitudes of modern life. As long as you keep using Ronin as your affiliation in your ongoing and prospective presentations and publications, that would already be a significant contribution, as it keeps our institute visible in your field. I enjoyed reading your book chapter published last year, and if you have ongoing work that you would like to share with us (perhaps in a Lightning Talk), please let us know. Buddhism in Western literature is so interesting!
