EDITED 06/05: Still working on the kits, but I can say that if you are doing one of the tombstone hugger kits, currently for tools you will need:

a couple of 7/16 wrenches (for tightening 1/4” bolts and nuts),
a 5/16" wrench (for the cable stops),
a drill and a 17/64" drill bit (to enlarge 1/4” holes if necessary),
and pliers.
