Hate to do this again but its Welsh park in Rockville, not welch park. Just don't want anyone confused since we have quite a few people who recently joined the group.

I don't know what weather site Howie is using, but accuweather says rain from 6:04-7:57 so it is very doubtful that we will be able to play.

Weather.com saying the same thing. Rain is on the radar, also.
